The traditional Marseille Soap. Beloved by the French for centuries, Savon de Marseille is gentle, all-natural, hypoallergenic, and contains no dye or fragrances, making it the ultimate all-purpose soap for the body, face, hands, and hair. The recipe consists of natural vegetable oil, soda, Mediterranean seawater, and marine ash. The traditional Marseille method is used only by 4 soap factories all located in the South of France and can be identified by a special master soap maker’s stamp. We love this soap not only because it’s great for your skin, but it also has an interesting story and the rustic look makes it a perfect fit at The Pocket Lady.
